Auditorium and of the IIMC Manch, equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, was inaugurated in October 2002. The Auditorium/Manch is ideal for seminars, conferences, presentations, cultural programmes etc. It has a seating capacity of 418 person and a covered area of 1232 sq.mts.

Following Facilities are available in the Auditorium:-

• Sound proof hall with acoustic and sound reducing furnishings and panels. Back stage air-conditioned Green Rooms.
• Digital sound reinforcement system with feedback eliminators.
• Multimedia projection facilities.
• Stage furnishing with motorized curtains and cyclopaedia projection screens.
• Computer controlled stage lighting.
• Computerized management of stage functions.
• Cafeteria for refreshment services.
• Fire sensors and smoke & flame detectors.
• Standby power supply.
• Facilities including access for physically challenged persons.

Given below are the charges effective from 1^st August 2018 for hiring the Auditorium.

• Manch (Audi. charges @Rs. 33,000/- for Full Day and charges for Half day@ Rs. 22,000/-   
• Seminar hall charges Rs.13,500/- Full Day and charges for Half day @Rs. 9,000/- 
• Mini Auditorium charges Rs. 16,500/- and charges for Half day @ Rs. 11,000/- 
• Lounge charges Rs. 3,800/- and  charges for Half day @ Rs. 2,600/- 
• Class room charges Rs. 3,000/-   and charges for Half day @ Rs. 2,000/- 
• LCD projector charges Rs. 3,000/-  and charges for Half day @ Rs. 2,000/- 

• The booking is on first come first serve basis. 
• Refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000/- will be charged in addition to above charges. 
• Confirmation of booking is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment. 
• Cancellation charges for cancellation before 3 days is 20% and 50% thereafter.
